We do not accept returns after this time frame. We only accept returns of sculptures and the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we do accept returns of our sculptures. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 1 day of receiving it to let us know. The cost of shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer. If an order is cancelled after it has already shipped, the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please understand that we are a small family business and cannot absorb the cost of cancelled orders or return shipping fees.
5. Processing and Shipping Policy
Please note that some items listed in our shop may already have been sold. If an item is listed as available, it will take 1 to 3 business days to process and 7 business days to ship.
For items that are not currently available:
Small sculptures: Production will take 7 to 10 business days if not available.
Large sculptures: Production will take 7 to 21 business days if not available, depending on our current workload.
For extra-large items, delivery may take up to 30-45 days due to its high volume and “Standard shipping.”
Shipping Note for Extra Large Items:
The listed shipping prices for extra-large items cover delivery to the nearest port only. This applies to shipments to countries in Asia and the Americas (including USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Australia, Russia). This does not apply to Europe.
If you require door-to-door delivery for Extra Large Items , please contact us before purchase for a custom quote. Door-to-door delivery may incur additional fees and require special arrangements.
