4. Refund Policy we do accept returns of our sculptures. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 1-3 day of receiving it to let us know. The cost of shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer. If an order is cancelled after it has already shipped, the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
5. Processing and Shipping Policy
Please note that some items listed in our shop may already have been sold. If an item is listed as available, it will take 1 to 3 business days to process and 7 business days to ship.
For items that are not currently available:
- Small sculptures: Production will take 7 to 10 business days if not available.
- Large sculptures: Production and shipping will take 7 to 21 business days if not available, depending on our current workload.
For small items ”torsos” , we use “Express Shipping,” which takes approximately 7 days wordwide
For large items, we use “Standard Shipping,” which takes approximately 30-40 days to the USA and 10-20 days to Europe due to their high volume and weight.
Shipping costs for large items can be up to 2 times the item’s original price. The prices of large items in our gallery typically range from $1,000 to $3,000. We carefully calculate shipping prices to ensure cost-effectiveness for our customers.
